So this morning I came across this amazing recipe for a super healthy and delicious ice cream made with only 4 ingredients! Full fat coconut milk, avocados, a bit of lemon juice, and brown rice syrup. I absolutely love the use of brown rice syrup as the sweetening agent here! It is such a tasty and healthy alternative to sugar which makes this ice cream truly guilt free.
